Mission Hills Art Circuit
Happening the 2nd Fridays of every month
-Load in time from 3 – 4pm day of event
-Event runs from 4pm – 9pm
-Tear down 9-10pm
All items being sold within vendor spaces must be handmade, designed, or hand crafted. This is a family friendly event so please keep this in mind when displaying certain art pieces. If any items do not fit within one of these categories, or if subject matter is deemed inappropriate vendor will be asked to remove the item or leave the event. No refunds will be provided unless the event is canceled by the event coordinator.
This event is outdoors, it does get dark so please keep this in mind. Electricty will not be provided.
It is recommended to bring a dolly to make it easier for you to load and unload your set ups.
Tables and chairs are not provided. 10×10 space is all that is provided, you can set up within your space how you feel best displays your creations. All spaces will be assigned by event coordinator and will not be changed.
By purchasing this space you agree to the following:
Your space will stay open for business the full hours of the event. Please have a copy of CA seller’s permit with you. All vendors are responsible for running and operating their own business legally and following all state and federal laws. In the event of poor weather conditions spaces will be credited towards a future event date. Stumpted Art, Mission Hills Christian Church, Event staff/coordinator are not liable for any theft, damages or injury. You must leave your space in the same condition you found it. Free of trash litter etc. Any vendor who shows up after start time will not be allowed to set up. Any vendor who tears down before the end of the event will not be allowed to participate in future events. It is disruptive to surrounding vendors and event activities.
