Christians protest in Nasarawa against Fulani herdsmen, demand release of Leah Sharibu

Christians in Nasarawa state have staged a protest over the ongoing killings by Fulani herdsmen under the Buhari led federal government.

They also demanded the unconditional release of Leah Sharibu, the Christian girl whom Boko Haram terrorists refused to release cos she refused to denounce her faith. The other girls who were kidnapped alongside Leah were however released cos they were Muslims.

Below are pictures from the protest.

Speaking on the continued abduction of Leah Sharibu, senator Ben Murray Bruce commended her concerning her faith in Jesus Christ.
He wrote on his twitter page:

”Leah has refused to negotiate her faith with terrorists. She has shown that you don’t negotiate with terrorists. Between Boko Haram and Leah, who has the power? It is Leah. Without guns and bombs, she has overpowered her captors. May God bring Leah, my hero, safely back home”.
